Things I Want to Teach my Children, Someday
I don’t have any children and there’s no guarantee that I ever will, but there have been times that I’ve thought to myself “remember this moment/feeling/experience and be sure to pass it along to your kids”. So here is my little list of thing I want to teach my children if/when I ever have them.
1. You will always have a home with me, but learn how to make one...
I want to go buy the prettiest discounted wrapping paper and cover all my hardback books. Then I’ll need a bookshelf that will display them. I feel like I could build that, but like I’ve learned from being a woman, sometimes my feelings just don’t translate into reality.
